Welcome to the online banking services provided by APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC., which we refer to as the "Service." By using our Service, you're entering into an agreement with us based on these terms, our user guides, and any related software instructions. This agreement also governs any electronic fund transfers you can perform using our Service. You'll be using the Service to manage your accounts, which includes checking balances, making transfers, and paying bills. It's important that you provide accurate information when you register for the Service and keep this information current. If you believe your account's security has been breached, contact us immediately to minimize potential loss.
Our Service is generally available according to the schedule we provide, but please note that transactions can only be processed on business days, which do not include federal holidays. We may update the Service or its availability, and by continuing to use it after such updates, you're agreeing to the new terms.
Some features of the Service may be subject to fees, which will be deducted from your designated billing account in accordance with our Fee Schedule. We respect your privacy and will only share your information when necessary to complete transactions, comply with legal requirements, or when we have your explicit consent.
Account statements are exclusively available through our secure web portal. The Reports tab is designed to provide account holders with seamless and flexible access, allowing them to retrieve statements based on the desired date range as needed. Notifications for statement availability will not be issued, as it is the account holder's responsibility to log in and manage their statements directly through the portal.
If you need to cancel or change a payment, you can do so following the instructions provided in the Service's guides until the cutoff time for such changes. If a payment has already been processed, we may not be able to stop it, and we will not be liable for failing to stop such payments.
The Service may be automatically canceled if it goes unused for two consecutive months. Also, we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement and will inform you of any significant changes.
We will not be liable for any failed transactions if your account does not have enough funds or due to technical issues that are out of our control. In the case of insufficient funds or system malfunctions, it is your responsibility to manage your account to prevent overdrafts and ensure transactions are completed.
